New Morning Coffee

Whoever first thought of this was genius! This is the perfect way to get my morning coffee and protein after my morning workouts, and what a delicious combination it is.

I first saw this on Weight Watcher Connect, but I’ve recently discovered that this drink is not so secret, many people are making these. This is a perfect blend of Starbucks Doppio (2 shorts of espresso) in a Venti cup of ice and a ready-to-drink protein drink of your choice. 2 I make it at home too with strong coffee, but nothing beats the Starbucks espresso. I’ve tried a few different protein drinks, currently this AdvatEdge Carb Control is my go-to since it’s lower in calories that Premier Protein, and much less expensive.  Muscle Milk 100 calorie is also quite tasty.
